EVERY MONTH: Immerse yourself in a 4-week fusion of Latin beats, seductive body isolations and powerful choreography. We’ve created a safe space for all women to come and explore their sensuality. Let the music guide your hips, ignite your passion and awaken the dancer within.

Class structure:

Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and flexibility exercises

Technique exercises: Isolations movements and also fusion from other dance techniques and styles like twerking.

Main Dance Routine – Learn a routine slowly / Repeat it until confidence.

For those ones who wants to participate in a special end-of-class video, this is a chance to shine, express yourself and create lasting memories! Participation in the video is optional, but we encourage everyone to seize this exciting opportunity and be part of our reggaeton dance legacy!
