EVERY MONTH: Immerse yourself in a 4-week fusion of Latin beats, seductive body isolations and powerful choreography. We’ve created a safe space for all women to come and explore their sensuality. Let the music guide your hips, ignite your passion and awaken the dancer within.
Class structure:
Warm-up: Dynamic stretching and flexibility exercises
Technique exercises: Isolations movements and also fusion from other dance techniques and styles like twerking.
Main Dance Routine – Learn a routine slowly / Repeat it until confidence.
